REfund Policy

YWILD INC. PTE LTD. takes care in ensuring that our products are of top quality and in good condition.

PAYMENT
1. The payment for Products ordered through https://ywild.sg/ can be made with almost all major credit cards.

2. If the Customer’s credit card is declined by its financial institution, https://ywild.sg reserves the right to refuse delivery of Products to its Customers.

3. YWILD INC. PTE LTD. may change at any time the method by which payments for https://ywild.sg. Online orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to the Customer by email or by placing a notice to this effect on https://ywild.sg.

REFUND FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Loss
● Customer will be refunded for lost orders.
● Local (SG) orders are considered lost if not received within 15 days.
● International orders are considered lost if not received within 40 days.

Damage
● Orders that arrive with damaged books will require photo proof before we can process any partial or full refund.
● For local orders, we can replace the damaged books should you want to (subject to availability)
● For international orders, we can only offer a partial refund or full refund depending on the case.

Out of Stock
● In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will only be able to offer a replacement item or an e-voucher store credits. If you opt for e-voucher, it will be emailed to you within 3-5 working days.


Terms for returns and exchanges:
1. Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost

2. Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above

3. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of postage to return the item for exchanges.

Incorrect Items & Defective Items
We take great care to pack your items carefully. However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, we will look into making a one-to-one exchange or if you prefer, a full refund (excluding delivery charges previously paid) upon the return of the damaged item(s).

Where do I send the items?
Please return damaged items to 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422,

ATTN: Customer Returns.

We will only entertain returns received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Incorrect Items
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, we will be happy to process an exchange right away for the item you originally ordered. Please send us the completed return form to ywild.sg@gmail.com and we will furnish you with return details. You may send the item back to us after you have received this confirmation email.
