Young Women in Leadership Dialogue (YWILD) aspires to provide opportunities to women to realise their personal best through community, compassion and education.

is a co-founder YWILD, whose vision is to create a platform where women’s voices, especially from minority communities, can be heard. Nadia believes that stories have the power to lead change and tell bold tales about the diversity and magnitude of the human experience. She is a board member of the Malay Heritage Foundation and a council member of the PMBM Scholarship Fund (LBKM). She formerly provided legislative and policy advisory at the Ministry of Home Affairs, and specialised in the field of data privacy at the Personal Data Protection Commission. When Nadia is not hustling, she spends much of her time with her family in the pursuit of new memories, joy, and laughter.

Her strong career management background endows her to help women find their life's calling. Currently, she is in the Mendaki Club’s secretariat. And as the eldest child in her family and a working mother, she gives her all to her career and family, seeing true success as striking a balance between both.

Her transition from an all-girls’ school to a mixed environment has greatly impacted her views about gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. She upholds the value of empathy and compassion towards people from all backgrounds, taking inspiration from women like Michelle Obama. As an aspiring policymaker, she is currently pursuing her Master in Public Policy degree at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

For her, empowerment is not just a state of being but a consistent act of doing. In her career, she specialises in research, programme evaluation, and community engagement in the public health and social sectors.

She founded media and community platform ‘Crazycat’ to support and encourage the everyday woman to recognise her individuality, self-worth and potential. She also helped found The Codette Project — a non-profit to increase awareness and access to tech for minority women. Presently, she is a communications officer at the Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) with previous roles working as a documentary producer-director for Al Jazeera and Bloomberg TV.

An aspiring philanthropist, she recognises women's resilience, expressiveness and competence at balancing their busy lives. She therefore calls on society to champion their women, embracing both their successes and sacrifices. Fitrie holds a corporate manager role at a multi-national company in London, UK. She is also an associate member and chartered secretary of the Chartered Governance Institute (headquarters) and the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (Singapore division).

She holds a Double Degree in Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Shariah Law from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. She champions the virtues of gratitude and humility, maintaining that everyone inherently has their own version of success.
is the director liaison of the YWILD committee, an instrumental force in assigning writers, scheduling photoshoots, and ensuring timelines are adhered to. She holds strong faith in the idea that everyone deserves the right to good living despite their financial situations. In this regard, she founded ‘Project Hills’ to aid low-income families living in rental estates. Professionally, she does social work at the FRCS Family Service Centre and she holds the prestigious Straits Times Generation Grit Award.
